The climbing club sessions are suitable for participants of all levels of experience.
Everyone will have the opportunity to climb and develop their skills and knowledge under the guidance of a qualified and experienced climbing instructor.
There will also be the opportunity to work through the National Indoor Climbing Awards Schemes (NICAS)* Levels 1 and 2.
NICAS enables individuals to develop safe practice with the reassurance of a national standardised quality assured scheme and develops competence and confidence.
The children’s climbing club is supported by The Georgia Williams Trust.
Where applicable, advertised ticket prices are inclusive of a venue levy, retained by the venue to maintain our programme of arts and entertainment.
Terms and conditions
1.1 If you need to cancel your booking this must be done at least three working days before your booked session date and time. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will not be entitled to a refund. All refunds have a £1 admin fee per cancelled session which will be deducted from your refund amount. Working days are Monday to Friday.
1.2 Once a session is booked it cannot be transferred to another day or time and the refund policy will apply.
1.3 By making a booking and payment you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Important Notes
• Instructors are fully qualified, first aid trained, and DBS checked.
• Participants should wear comfortable clothes and sensible footwear. It is advisable to bring a water bottle/snack with you.
• Activities will begin and finish at the stated times.
• Please inform instructors of any medical or behavioural needs upon arrival on the consent form.
• If the trainee has asthma please make sure they have their inhaler with them.
• Sessions will only be cancelled in severe weather and the team will try and provide as much notice as practically possible.
• Minimum numbers for all activities apply. Should requirements not be met, a full refund will be given or an alternative offered, and advance notice given.
Arthog Outreach Climbing Club
Indoor climbing is classed as an adventurous activity and there is an inherent risk with this activity.
The sessions are supervised and suitable for all levels of climbing experience. The course follows the NICAS Level 1 & 2 syllabus. Participants have the option to register onto the NICAS scheme for an additional £10.00 and this can be discussed with the instructor.
