Happy Halloween!
It's time for a Halloween Glow Ride with Telford Bike Hub! Help us shine a light on cycling by decorating your bike in the brightest lights you can find. It will be dark on some of the pathways so standard bike lights are essential - let’s light up the pathways around the Town Park while enjoying a bike ride.
The Glow Ride is a FREE event and open to all the family. Please book a ticket for each person attending, this helps to gives us an idea of how many people to expect. We'd love to see you in your spooky Halloween costumes, and hope you'll join us back at the Bike Hub for a hot chocolate to warm up after the glow ride.
Bike hire is available for £3 per hire, on a first come-first served basis. If you'd like to hire a bike, or if you have any questions about the event, please email thebikehub@telford.gov.uk with your requirements.
All participants will be asked to sign a disclaimer form before taking part in the activity, and parents are reminded they are responsible for their children at all times.

Venue Levy
Where applicable, advertised ticket prices are inclusive of a venue levy, retained by the venue to maintain our programme of arts and entertainment.
Terms and conditions
1.1 Parent/Guardian must accompany all persons under 18.
1.2 All participants must be able to ride on two wheels (no stabilisers due to the nature of the route) or be in a trailer or ride on a tag-along.
1.3 All participants must bring their own bikes for the event, or hire a bike from the Bike Hub
1.4 Participants bikes must be in a usable condition with two working breaks. This is the responsibility of the user and no maintenance or repairs can be provided at the Bike Hub on the night of the event.
Where to find us
The event takes place from Telford Bike Hub which is located next to the Telford Town Park Visitor Centre, opposite the Water Play area.
Parking: The closest car park is Dark Lane Car Park, it can be found by following postcode TF4 3NZ. Alternative parking is available at Southwater multi-storey car park TF3 4EJ. Charges apply.

Important Notes
• Instructors are fully qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked.
• Activities will begin and finish at the stated times, please arrive 10 minutes early to register.
• Please inform instructors of any medical needs upon arrival.
• The event will only be cancelled in severe weather and the team will try and provide as much notice as practically possible.
• Minimum numbers for all activities apply. Should requirements not be met, a full refund will be given or alternative offered and advance notice given.
