Join us on our free family bike ride in Telford Town Park.
Pedal Through the Leaves Bike Ride is a free instructor led event and open to all the family. Please book a ticket for each person attending to help give the Bike Hub an idea of how many people to expect.
Bring your own bike, or if you need to hire a bike, the Hub are offering bike hire and adaptive bike hire for £3 per person. Bikes will be allocated on a first come first served basis. To reserve a bike please email Telford Bike Hub at thebikehub@telford.gov.uk with your requirements.

Venue Levy
Where applicable, advertised ticket prices are inclusive of a venue levy, retained by the venue to maintain our programme of arts and entertainment.
Terms and conditions
1.1 Parent/Guardian must accompany all persons under 18.
1.2 All participants must be able to ride on two wheels (no stabilisers due to the nature of the route) or be in a trailer or ride on a tag-along.
1.3 All participants must bring their own bikes for the event, or hire a bike from the Bike Hub
1.4 Participants bikes must be in a usable condition with two working breaks. This is the responsibility of the user and no maintenance or repairs can be provided at the Bike Hub on the night of the event.
Where to find us
The event takes place from Telford Bike Hub which is located next to the Telford Town Park Visitor Centre, opposite the Water Play area.
Parking: The closest car park is Dark Lane Car Park, it can be found by following postcode TF4 3NZ. Alternative parking is available at Southwater multi-storey car park TF3 4EJ. Charges apply.

Important Notes
• Instructors are fully qualified, first aid trained and DBS checked.
• Activities will begin and finish at the stated times, please arrive 10 minutes early to register.
• Please inform instructors of any medical needs upon arrival.
• The event will only be cancelled in severe weather and the team will try and provide as much notice as practically possible.
• Minimum numbers for all activities apply. Should requirements not be met, a full refund will be given or alternative offered and advance notice given.

1. Ground rules
You acknowledge and agree that you will:
1.1 Act responsibly and sensibly at all times whilst partaking in an activity or when using the bike and equipment provided by the Hub on or off-site;
1.2 Follow all safety rules or instructions displayed or given to you by a member of staff and to always ask a member of staff if you are unclear;
1.3 Follow the Highway Code (as amended) and all applicable laws for bike users when using the bikes and equipment during your hire period or whilst taking part in activities delivered by the Hub;
1.4 Accompany your child and ensure that the child is able to use the bike safely and is fit to take part in the activities where applicable;
1.5 Be responsible for your child’s safety throughout the hire period or activity where applicable;
1.6 Check your bike and equipment prior to taking part in the activity
1.7 Report any damage or issues experienced to a member of staff upon returning your bike and equipment;
1.8 Return all bikes and equipment at the end of your activity or hire period.
2. Health and safety of equipment and activities
2.1 The Hub is not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate and therefore you must determine whether you are fit to do so and if you are in any doubt obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor(s) before participating.
3. Disclaimer for personal injury and damage
3.1 The Hub shall not be liable for any personal injury or damage incurred by you whilst using the bike, equipment or participating in activities delivered by the Hub.
3.2 You will take full responsibility for your safety and take part in any activities at your own risk.
3.3 You will hold full responsibility to follow safety instructions so to not hurt or injure yourself or others whilst using your bike, equipment and participating in activities.
3.4 The Hub does not provide cover or accepts liability to third parties for damage caused to others or their properties.
4. Theft of personal belongings
4.1 You may bring your personal property and belongings to the Hub at your own risk.
4.2 The Hub shall not be liable for any theft, damage, destruction or loss to your property at any time.
4. Limitation
Nothing in this disclaimer shall limit or exclude the Hub’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any liability in a way that is not permitted under applicable law or exclude any liability that may or may not be excluded under applicable law.
