Instructions:
Carer/family member required to accompany each participant throughout activity.
Participants need to wear suitable clothing and footwear for session that are suitable for weather/an outdoor grassy area.
People in wheelchairs/mobility issues welcome if carer able to help them move along the course.
However, please note – this is a grass covered course, so if ground wet might be muddy/slippery.
