When Telford came into being in the late 60s, the primary focus was on thinking of ways to attract residents to one of the UK’s newest towns. Telford Centre was one such attraction, opened smack bang in the geographical centre of Telford in 1973 and still attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors today.
The Centre is the perfect setting for this Halloween screening of horror classic Dawn Of The Dead, presenting one of the most compelling and entertaining zombie films ever made in all its slathering gore.
If you’re brave enough, visit the shopping centre at night and see this classic that thrills and terrifies with great special effects, edge of your seat tension and a legendary synth soundtrack - and watch out for the zombies...
